11/18/2019 0 Comments Bournemouth's late penalty drama Conor Moors equalised with a last gasp penalty stroke as Bournemouth twice came from behind to hold South Premier Division 2 West rivals Southgate 2-2 at Trent Park. The penalty was awarded after a short corner from Will Davies struck a Southgate defender’s foot and was deflected around the upright. Bournemouth found themselves chasing the game after Adam Grout fired Southgate ahead midway through the first half but maintained their composure, deservedly equalising after the break when Moors [pictured] converted a penalty corner. Southgate regained the lead through Rob Shearer, but shortly after Matt Squires had been denied a certain goal by a tremendous challenge Bournemouth got their penalty equaliser with Moors scoring his sixth goal of the season.
