Window cleaner George Davey mopped up with four goals – all penalty corners - as Fareham seconds thrashed Hampshire/Surrey Regional Division 1 rivals Chichester 6-2 at Henry Cort. The teenage bucket and sponge man grabbed a polished second half hat-trick as Chichester had twice wiped out Fareham leads to change round 2-2 at half-time. Paul Metcalf and Davey scored Fareham’s first half goals, but Davey’s second period threesome put the gloss on a sparking home win. Fareham lie fifth in the log, with Davey’s ten-goal haul this season putting him second in the goal-scoring charts. Callum McInally bagged a hat-trick as Fareham III won 3-2 at Trojans II in the Hampshire League.
