Lions allow two-goal lead to slip - twice !

Conor Moors - gave Bournemouth an early lead from a short corner.

Bournemouth twice allowed a two-goal advantage to slip through their fingers as South Premier League Division 2 West cellar dwellers Woking forced a 3-3 draw to end a five-match losing sequence.
The visitors made a positive start with Conor Moors converting an early penalty corner and then Charlie Cooper, back after an enforced sabbatical, made it 2-0 after riding several tackles outside the D.
Torrential rain slowed the pace of the game and allowed Woking to catch their guests napping with Andy Pike launching his hat-trick after frantic goal-line saves by Bournemouth pair Ross Hattemore and Matt Squires.
Fourth placed Bournemouth responded immediately with George Baugniet scoring another short corner to give the visitors a 3-1 interval lead.
But failure to take their chances cost Bournemouth dear as Pike clawed it back to 3-2 after a fine save from Bailey Chatwin and, with five minutes left, the Woking hit man grabbed the equaliser after the visitors failed to deal with a long hopeful ball into their territory.
Moors almost won it for Bournemouth late on, but was denied by a fine save from former university goalkeeper Max Deeley.
