Reading lose so Trojans girls back on top

Trojans ladies are back in pole position in the Investec England Women’s Hockey League West Conference after a 4-1 win at Team Bath.
Overnight leaders Reading, who visit Stoneham Lane this Saturday, were bowled off the top after losing 2-1 to Stourport.
In men’s hockey, a Martin Gough brace was insufficient to prevent a 3-2 Fareham defeat at Birmingham University. Havant also lost 3-2 at Exeter University.
